Our Process

Apply + Discovery Call

Fill out a short application so I can learn about your shop. If we're a good fit, we'll hop on a call to talk through your goals, your vision, and exactly what your project needs. This is where we figure out scope and pricing will be sent afterward.

Takes about 30 minutes. No pressure or commitment.

Onboarding + Questionnaire

Once you're booked in, you'll fill out a detailed questionnaire that walks through your brand, your customers, your inspiration, and your content. This is what lets us hit the ground running and build something that actually feels like you.

Most clients find this way less overwhelming than expected.

Design + Build

This is where Shopside does its thing. We design and build your site, then send it over for your first round of feedback. We refine, adjust, and make sure everything feels exactly right before we move toward launch.

Two rounds of revisions included. You stay in the loop without drowning in back-and-forth.

Launch Day

We flip the switch, celebrate your new site, and get your launch graphics out into the world. We'll stick around for 14 days after launch so if anything comes up, we're still right there.

Plus a custom training library so you can confidently run your site on your own.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Nope. That's what the onboarding questionnaire is for. We'll walk you through exactly what we need and when. The most important thing is that you're ready to show up and give feedback when we need it.
  • Copywriting is included. We have an in house copywriter (literally in MY house) who writes strategic, on-brand copy for your site as part of every project. If you already have copy you love, we can work with that too.
  • No problem. Additional pages can be added on. We'll talk through everything on the discovery call and make sure your quote covers exactly what you need.
  • Yes, that's the whole point of the training library! We build every site so the owner can actually manage it without needing to call a developer every time something needs to change. We also offer monthly retainers, if you're interested!
  • A 50% deposit holds your project start date. The remaining 50% is due before your site goes live.
  • Yes! We offer payment with Klarna and Afterpsy so you can choose a schedule that works for you.
